Since 2013, the current owner has restored and modernized Château de Bussolles in many places, without compromising the authentic appearance of a French castle. The historical outbuildings accommodate the Gîtes de Bussolles, the caretaker’s residence, and storage. The facilities in and around the château are such that it is delightful to stay there. The château and gîtes are open all year round for vacations, weddings, parties, meetings, workshops, and other events. Ground Floor …
The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with an open, practical cooking area. The kitchen has been completely renovated. Downstairs, you will also find the former chapel with a TV, a Salon de Billard with a professional snooker table, le Salon de Napoléon, le Salon de Thé, and le Salon de Poker. To relax, wander through the corridors, feel like a prince or princess, enjoy the view, read in the library, play poker, play snooker, cook, and have a good meal together.
Château de Bussolles Floor Plan – Ground Floor …
The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with an open, practical cooking area. The kitchen has been completely renovated. Château de Bussolles Floor Plan – First Floor …
Sleeping and bathing on this floor with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: Chambres en suite Agde, Bourge, and Cannes. Respectively, the tower room, master suite, and romantically red chambre with an adjoining balcony and shared bathroom. Next are the two to three-person Chambres Donjon, Eaubonne, and Fontaine with three adjoining and associated bathrooms.
Second Floor …
Here are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition, you will find the paradise for small and big children: the salle des jeux, equipped with table tennis, darts, foosball, air hockey, and lots of toys. Chambre Le Havre is privately located in its wing, with a spacious view on three sides. Grenoble is a real family room with two extra single beds. Both with an adjoining private bathroom.
